Commissions - Orders

All Tiaras, Hair Accessories & Bridal jewellery Designs are carefully handmade by Barbara C herself & not mass produced so no two pieces will ever be the same. Each commission is individually handcrafted especially for you when you place your order. The time scale for a commission is about 4 – 6 weeks as some beads may need to be ordered.

Bespoke - Tailored 

Bespoke is when a complete new design has been created especially for you.  (prices on request.)

Tailored is when we just need to change the colour of the beads or slightly tweak the design.

Colour Charts

At Tiaras & Trinkets we have some colours of Swarovski Crystals and Swarovski Pearls in stock, which we will state in each designs description. Other colours can be ordered to match your colour scheme. There are also some NEW colours added that are NOT on these colous charts. 

Our colour chart is just a guide and some colours may vary.

 We also can match your colour for you by sending us a small swatch of your fabric.

In Stock

Most of our Costume Jewellery is already handmade (in stock) for you. It can then be posted to you as soon as payment has been received. Many of the designs can be commissioned in colours to suit your needs.

Samples - Sold

There are some samples in our shop this is to give you a flavour of the commissions we have already carried out. There are also some sold items which will be remade as soon as possible. 

Gold Filled 

Gold filled is a base metal such as brass with a layer of real gold bonded to it with heat and pressure.

Gold Filled items, even with daily wear, can last for 5 - 30 years.

Payment

We are happy to accept payment through the secure site PayPal or a personal cheque, any queries contact us by email or phone.

All prices are shown in UK Sterling. If you wish to pay in another currency you will be billed at the exchange rate as set by your bank / credit card, should you reside outside the UK.

Items will be posted as soon as payment has been received or cheque has cleared.

Packaging

At Tiaras & Trinkets each tiara, necklace, bracelet and earrings will be presented in an individual box.

Each Tiara will have a small anti-tarnish square included, so your Tiara will look as good as the day you first saw it. 

Our jewellery set will be all together in one box.

Returns

100% HAPPY OR YOUR MONEY BACK.

A refund is available (excluding postage on international delivery) on items returned within 7 days, in the same condition, unworen and in original packaging.

These conditions do NOT apply to bespoke or tailored orders (as they have been made especially for you in your colour)

Due to hygiene reasons, we do not accept earrings back.

All returns must be sent back by the means that thay were sent to you (recorded delivery or Special Delivery including insurance).
